The usual wear and tear that goes along with used pads. 
If you have a youngster who wants to try goaltending, but don't want to pay a lot of money, these may be for you.
Just get some skate laces to tie loop through the holes in the bottom toe area and they are ready to use.


I did notice that a small bottom flap on the skate area of the pads were removed. I know the model of the pad and noticed they were missing. Please see the photo of the bottom pad area for full details. It's minor, but want to make sure the buyer has no surprises, as the bottom inner side area is frayed on both pads (please see photo).


Bauer did a nice job making the One80 pad. 
I'm not the first owner, having recently purchased them... however, I'm an old-school goalie and am used to gear from my era. I'm around 5'4", and they fit fine. (just to give you an idea of what size goalie these would be best for.) I've included a chart that may help you with deciding what size works best for you.

Axis 2.9

Hockey goalie CCM

Used CCM Extreme flex 5.5 28+1 Inch Jr goalie pads. These are white and sport gold with black accent colors. They were used for 1.5 seasons and still in good condition. The pads show use from wear on the inner boots and landing pad (butterfly) areas from friction with the ice. 

The landing pads are slightly discolored red, due to a coach using red marker on the ice! See pics. Also slight fabric tear on one of the anding pad seams. These issues are easily repaired with pad skins, if so desired. 

Overall the exterior of the pads and straps are in excellent condition and have no major defects.

the Axis A2.5 junior goalie leg pads.  The A2.5 is noticeably different from the original Axis A1.5 in a few key areas.  The first thing we noticed on the Axis A2.5 goalie leg pads was a more pre-molded s-shape in core of the pad.  The original Axis A1.5 was built with an almost straight profile.  This was great for a goalie with a really wide butterfly but not so good for a goalie with a regular or narrow butterfly.  The new pre-mold core along with the Goalies Plus break in the vertical roll really allow goalies with regular and narrow butterflies to use this pad.  A goalie with a wide butterfly will not really notice this however a goalie with a narrow/regular width butterfly will feel a huge difference.

Also new in 2022 is the new Dynamic Response System knee stack.  This knee stack system integrates into the core of the pad which allows for more stability and control and therefore a greater performance benefit to the goalie.  This has been a feature that nearly every NHL goalie has been modifying on their pads and now it is available at the retail level.
