Used for a full season of rec adult leagues.  Was on the ice 2-3 a week.   Velcro and straps are in good condition with no tears or rips. 

There is some wear around the bottom of the calf wrap, where my skate boot rubbed. I included pictures. If you need more, please let me know. 

Below is the copy and paste from Goalies Plus to what the changes are:

Goalies Plus is back with our Special Edition version of the Extreme Flex E6.9. In previous versions of the Extreme Flex series, we done a double break version.  For 2023, we have kept with that theory but with a new twist.  The CCM Extreme Flex E6.9 pads will have a single break on the vertical roll however there will be an internal double break.  Because the CCM logo is located on the top of the vertical roll on the E6.9, we could not have an external break at the top without eliminating the CCM logo (CCM was not fond of this idea).  So, we choose to keep the top break internal so the look of the pad would not have to be altered.  The break at the bottom of the knee will still be the traditional external break on the vertical (outer) roll.  The double internal break still performs like our traditional double break of years past,

Goalies Plus has also changed the inner edge material of the Extreme Flex E6.9 to a weave material for better slide ability.  We have heard complaints in the past that the Speedskin material did not slide as well as other currents brands on the market today.  After some testing, we felt that the weave material that we are using on the Extreme Flex E6.9 allows the Special Edition pads to slide at a rate consistent with other brands that utilize special materials on their inner sliding edges.

External Material
The E4.5 is wrapped in speedskin, enabling a smoother transition on the ice to increase speed and energy transfer. Speekskin was introduced in 2017 with the E-flex 3 pro pads and has became a mainstay on CCM pads now as their skin of choice.

Internal Construction
The core on the E4.5 consists of CCM’s Dualitecore Technology enabling better torsional flex, while remaining incredibly light. The improved torsional flex protomes the entire pad to seal the ice when sliding or making a save.
