Compared to True's previous generation of goalie skates, the Catalyst Nitro skates stand out with a sleek, blacked-out aesthetic, an expanded range of fit options, and redesigned MotionCuff support.

***Quarter Construction***

**NeuroFit+ Carbon Fiber Shell:** Built around True's patented, one-piece carbon fiber shell, the Catalyst Nitro skates wrap the feet in a durable yet ultra-lightweight foundation. Delivering exceptional support and energy transfer, True's fully thermoformable NeuroFit+ shell provides a form-fitting feel, molding closely to the natural shape of your foot and ankle with each skate.

**Exposed MotionCuff Collar:** Redesigned from True's previous Catalyst X4 generation, the MotionCuff collar now extends beyond the quarter construction. This updated exposed design improves range of motion compared to the previous MotionCuff, providing a secure, locked-in feel around the ankles without sacrificing edge control or forward mobility.

**Pro Goalie Tongue w/ High-Wear Reinforcement:** True's Pro tongue provides cushioning around the ankles, maintaining comfort throughout their full range of motion. A durable laminate coating across the tongue adds another layer of ankle protection while improving overall durability.

***Comfort / Lining***

**HydroFoam Lining:** An integral part of True's precision skate fitting system, the multi-layer HydroFoam lining adapts to the foot for a comfortable and secure fit. Beyond providing comfort on the bench, True's HydroFoam lining helps wick moisture away from the foot, keeping you dry and comfortable throughout the game.

**GENETIX 2 Insole Support System:** True's GENETIX insole system is developed using 360-scanned foot lasts to help reduce uneven pressure points throughout the footbed. The updated system is now offered in three distinct fits to accommodate low, medium, and high arches.

**High-Tack Insole Printing:** High-tack stippling is applied across the GENETIX 2 insoles, further improving the Nitro skates' ergonomic design and providing a more secure, locked-in fit.

***Holder & Steel Package***

**Shift Attack Holder w/ Stainless Steel Riveting:** Secured with highly durable stainless steel rivets, True's Shift Attack Holder delivers precise edge control while maintaining an aggressive attack angle.

**3mm Shift Attack DLC Blades:** Shift DLC goalie steel features an asymmetric profile designed to maximize attack angle and edge control. Exclusive to the Catalyst Nitro skates, the included Shift Attack steel is precision-cut and finished with True's Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) coating, helping the blades maintain a sharper, more consistent edge for longer periods.

**Bench Change Technology:** A small pin-hole latch allows for quick and convenient blade changes.

**Postlock:** A uniquely designed holder and toe cap help grip the goalposts, creating a stable foundation for powerful cross-crease pushes.

Built for an unmatched balance between comfort, performance, and accessibility, True's 2026 Catalyst 7X6 blockers are ready to lock down the posts while coming in at a more accessible price point.

Build
Redesigned Sidewall and Thumb: A streamlined, rigid sidewall design helps to reduce board flex, giving the blocker a solid, all-around response and consistent feel.
Half-piece Cuff: A more direct connection between the wrist and board helps to improve response, while a wider, more open cuff helps the blocker flow smoothly with chest protector sleeves.

Board Profiles
615 Profile: Now standard for all True blockers, the 615 profile reduces flex and offers a more balanced feel with a more rigid, one-piece sidewall and thinner board construction.

Palm & Fingers
SureGrip Palm: A premium embossed suede, SureGrip, is layered across the palm and index finger's high-tack synthetic suede composition. In combination, its tacky base and SureGrip palm layering offer a plush, moisture-resistant grip with a more padded feel.
Curved Finger Protection: An ergonomic protection profile more closely follows the goalie's hand shape, helping to protect against off-angle pucks.

True's Catalyst 7X6 gloves are built to deliver the iconic all-around comfort and performance of Lefevre gloves while coming in at a more accessible price point.

Build
Double-T Web: Standard on 2026 True gloves, a Double-T web maximizes both pocket depth and width.
Streamlined Backhand: Reshaped from previous generation Lefevre gloves, the Catalyst 7X6 glove's streamlined backhand ensures proper protection without compromising the glove's smooth, crisp close.

Cuff/Palm Construction
590 Break: Standard on all True gloves, the Catalyst 7X6 glove is built around the popular 590 break. The most common off-the-shelf glove break, the 590 projects a wide catching shape with a neutral, whole-handed closure.
Game Ready Palm Padding: True's Game Ready palm is built to get goalies out on the ice with minimal break-in.

Fit & Comfort
SureGrip Palm: Internally, the Catalyst 7X6 glove is lined with SureGrip, a high-tack embossed suede, offering a moisture-resistant grip with a comfortable, controlled feel.
Premium Inner Glove w/ Velcro® Strapping: The Catalyst 7X6 glove wraps the hand in an easily-adjustable mesh wrap, lined with a premium synthetic suede to help resist moisture,
