This is an older-but-very-lightly-used GS ski from when USSA required min 183cm/30m for Men’s GS.
183cm/30m is now the min requirement for USSA M/W U16 and older SG, so this is for a smaller U16 and older USSA SG racer.
Nice grind. Sidewalls pulled. Expertly freshly-tuned at 3.0/0.75 for SG. Beautiful edges! Topsheet edges hand-sanded.
Also for SG - Binding heels set appx 1mm higher than toes – a slightly forward ramp angle, and graduated detuned tips and tails (see 2 tip and 2 tail marks on each ski).
The condition and work put into these skis is factored into the pricing.

The Full Sidewall, running, as the name suggests, the entire length of the ski, allows the skier to control the ski freely without unnecessary effort. Atomic Redster X5 skis also feature Power Woodcore technology, which is an element of the ski that gives them a more dynamic, sporty character. The use of two types of wood makes the ski more stable and reduces vibrations at high speeds.

Right under the core there is a layer of titanium, which additionally dampens even the smallest vibrations, while the ski remains extremely susceptible to the "commands" of its owner.
