With influence from the pro level GNETiK IV leg pads the GNETiK X provides quality and performance that many goalies expect from Brian’s.

The Brian’s GNETiK line has become known for providing goalies with a flexible pad that seals the ice for 5-hole coverage regardless of your flexibility. The GNETiK X features a flat faced, flexible core construction with modified internal knee roll design and soft boot to allow increased torsional rotation. Goalies from beginner to performance levels will benefit from the flexibility and comfort of this leg pad. Adding to the comfort of the pad is the Suede Knee Cradle made up of a durable Har-Suede for a soft, traditional feel. 

On the performance side of this leg pad, the GNETiK X features the Primo sliding surface for quick butterfly pushes across the crease. This exclusive material was previously only available on the top of the line pro level pads from Brian’s, but is now offered for the performance senior, intermediate and junior level goalies to fly across the crease. 

Finally, on the backside of the pad the GNETiK X leg pads have pulled direct influence from the GNETiK IV pro level pad with the IV Calf Wrap, Smart Toe Cords, and Smart Boot Strap. The IV Calf Wrap is a simple and adjustable calf wrap strapping system that allows goalies to dial in their fit and not have to adjust it every skate. The smart toe cords are a bungee toe tie system that is simple to use and relieves tension on hips and ankles when down in the butterfly. And the Smart boot strap is made with high-grade nylon commonly used for seat belts. The boot strap is fully adjustable allowing the goaltender to find their preferred set up without fear of stretching or breakage seen with traditional leather boot straps.
