A 1B mitt in really nice condition from the 1990s golden era of Made in Japan (MIJ) Zett manufacturing. This mitt shows very little overall use, even holding some of its original factory stiffness. The chocolate brown leather is thick, still shines, still pops, with a crisp, clear MIJ stamp on the pinky. The neon Zett wrist patch is so clean you can practically see it from space. It has been professionally cleaned and lightly conditioned, and I kept the original factory laces -- they look sharp and still have years of service time. Zi-Lux was Zett's high end marker and it shows. Somebody used this glove for less than a season. Their loss, your win.

The Big, Elite Left-Handed First Baseman: If you are a lefty locking down 1B, give this a look. This glove plays BIG, it feels big, and if you're a player with huge paws you'll love it. Smaller players (or ones w/ small hands) are going to have trouble with the extended length. Such a great 'snap' to the leather. 

The Adult Rec Softball Slowpitch Lefty: At 13 inches, this pocket will absolutely eat up softballs. Some baseball player out there will hate you for swiping this glove from the hardball market but it's a sweet crossover, and a lot of rec players like rocking the 90's logo. You could use it for catching or OF in those leagues too, don't let the shape hold you back.

90s Zett Zi-Lux BIF-1303 13" First Base Mitt - Made in Japan - for big lefties who like 90's style

Wilson A2000/2002 co-branded lefty glove in excellent condition from the early '90s Japanese manufacturing era. This glove shows very light wear-- it looks like it saw less than a single season of use before going into storage. The leather is clean with zero hand rot, no ink marks, and no structural issues. It has been professionally cleaned and conditioned to keep the steerhide fresh and protected. It even has a clear factory stamp "AGO" next to the origin stamp (or it could be a date stamp, somebody fax Wilson to confirm!)

I call this the 'luxury model' because of the velcro wrist strap and wool padding. This was a big step up from the leather lace straps on earlier models, which didn't have padding either. Eventually, in the late 90s, velcro straps became a sign of a cheap glove, but these early Japanese A2000's really did it right.
